To apply for a subsidized housing unit at Lois Miller Co-op, you will first need to apply to the City of Kingston Centralized Wait List. Once your application is processed by the City of Kingston you will be placed on a subsidized housing waiting list. Lois Miller is required to only process applicants from the City of Kingston centralized waiting list for the 298 Guthrie location.
