The City of Kingston provides a comprehensive bus system that makes stops right at our doorstep.
A VIA rail station is just minutes away.
Kingston also hosts the Norman Rogers Airport at the west end of the City.
Access to Hwy 401 is made easy via both Montreal St just to the east of the Co-op and Division St to the west.
